VIP Sales Manager

Looking for a Sales Manager, who has the ability to work with high net worth clientele.

You will build rapport and further develop your client base. Must know one or more elements of the luxury sector: fine jewelry, handbags, watches and sneakers. The existing team hails from top-tier luxury brands and resale brands, including Hermes, Christie’s, Rolex, Omega, The RealReal, Louis Vuitton, Tourneau, GOAT and many others.

Chief Commercial Officer

myGemma’s Chief Commercial Officer develops and executes the company’s e-commerce conversion strategy to achieve financial and brand objectives. The role will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all e-commerce activities. Not only do we offer a competitive base salary but also a performance-based bonus scheme.

What You'll Do:

  • Set strategies for profitable e-commerce growth across digital business
  • Optimize site experience to drive digital KPIs: conversion, AOV & revenue.
  • Create seasonal financial goals/KPIs for the e-commerce business
  • Develop and manage cost and sales budgets
  • Define and implement e-commerce trading metrics and reports
  • Analyze campaign metrics and taking necessary action to continually improve performance
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive incremental sales
  • Website development: owning and implementing the ecommerce development plan and adding new functionality / Shopify apps, as required
  • e-commerce product listings, including photography and copy
  • e-commerce partnerships (new online channel partners, listing services, etc.)
  • Upcoming customer portal (development, new functionality, etc.) and loyalty program (development and enhancement program, as required)
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team to build site traffic plans that deliver topline sales targets
  • Identify new areas of digital growth and provide expertise on current e-commerce industry best practices
  • Customer experience and customer service:
    1. Continually optimize the user experience
    2. Ensure continued excellent customer service
    3. Oversee customer service for any e-commerce activities that impact operations and fulfillment (chat, changes in shipping methods, volume projections for staff planning, etc.)
    4. Develop and monitor SLAs to improve resolution times and customer satisfaction
    5. Analyze the root causes of issues and be proactive about finding solutions
    6. Solicit customer reviews
  • Recruit, manage and motivate team members

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience of heading up an e-commerce team and a proven track record of driving sustained and organic (cost effective & efficient) online growth.
  • Proven experience of implementing successful online strategies within the premium/luxury market segment
  • Strong awareness of global and local market trends and industry insights
  • Global e-commerce experience

We are looking for a new addition to join our rapidly-growing Handbag Department. A strong candidate will have knowledge of luxury handbag brands, background in authentication and/or pricing, and prior experience working in a luxury resale environment.

We are looking to hire an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for planning and developing email marketing strategy for our luxury resale brand, myGemma. Duties will include running email marketing campaigns, managing email databases and creating emails.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Design and create marketing emails
  • Proofread emails for grammar and spelling
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years experience as an email marketing manager at an ecommerce brand
  • Ideally experience in the luxury industry, but not a must
  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Impeccable grammar
